REGARTLESS formerly known as Sysy House of Fame is an organisation that contributes to Sustainable Development by harnessing the potentials of Arts, Culture, and Technology. We are a people-centered organisation that believes in using innovative and creative approaches to global issues. We support people to be at the center of change while building a prosperous and peaceful world. We inspire people to dare to create the change they want. To do this, we use different forms of artistic expressions to enhance the 16 Sustainable Development Goals, thus promoting various forms of Artistic expressions, training and Development becomes a key part of our work.
For the past 4 years, we have been able to create footprints in the Arts and Culture industry and also in the development sector. We have registered remarkable success and have created a strong partnership with both local and international organizations. As part of our ongoing initiatives, we are currently seeking a reliable printing press to fulfil our various printing needs. We invite interested printing companies to submit their proposals and demonstrate their commitment to supporting our mission.
Contract type: Long-Term Agreement on Work as Employment
This contract is a ‘Work as Employed”: You only provide the services when we seek your services, but you are on a Long Term agreement. So you go about your normal duties and if we have an event or a project or an activity, we solicit your services for a standard and steady service fee and if other costs are incurred, you share with us a quote before the mission.
Job Summary
The printing press is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing presses to produce printed materials such as T-shirts, books, or publicity materials. They ensure that the printing machine is properly configured, including adjusting ink flow, paper alignment, and machine settings. They monitor the printing process to ensure that the quality and colour accuracy of prints meet the required standards.
General Role
- Designing and printing official documents such as letterheads, envelopes, business cards, brochures, and flyers.
- Printing publicity materials for events, conferences, and campaigns.
- Printing banners, posters, and signage for SHF initiatives and projects.
- Undertaking large-scale printing projects
Task Descriptions
The Printing Press will be responsible for the following:
- Provides high-quality printing services adhering to SHF’s branding guidelines and requirements.
- Ensures that all printed materials are error-free and meet professional standards.
- Source and use high-quality printing materials, ink, and equipment for printing purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by SHF.
- Deliver printed materials within the agreed timelines and specifications.
- Manage any printing-related issues promptly and provide solutions to rectify them.
- Proofreading and verifying all content to eliminate errors before printing.
- Conduct quality checks before, during, and after the printing process to ensure accuracy.
- Use high-quality printing equipment, thereby avoiding any printing defects.
- Maintain consistency in the printed materials, such as colour accuracy and text alignment.
- The printing press shall deliver the printed materials to SHF’s specified location on the agreed delivery dates.
- In case of any anticipated delays, the printing press shall promptly notify SHF with a revised timeline.

Interested printing presses are requested to submit the following information:
- Company profile, including a brief background and experience in providing printing services.
- Portfolio of previous projects, highlighting work for NGOs or organisations with a social impact.
- Detailed pricing structure for the printing services mentioned in the scope of work.
- Certifications, if any, that demonstrate the printing press’s commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.
- Any additional information or suggestions that may be relevant to our specific requirements.
